Orders follow INCOTERMS 2020 – DAP terms, meaning customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes determined by local authorities. We provide a DHL duty calculator for estimates and we never request payments via SMS or unofficial channels.

Please verify the quality of your order upon receipt. After receiving the goods, claims regarding defects (except hidden defects) are not considered.

Delivery of goods is paid by the recipient, depending on the postal rates.

To keep your garments in perfect condition we recommend:

• Machine wash delicate cycle at max 30°C
• No soaking or tumble drying
• Wash separately
• Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach

Hand washing is prohibited.

Due to the nature of our sewn linen technology, exchanges and returns are not available for online orders.

Underwear categories are non-returnable. In-store exchanges are available in Dubai only for unworn and unwashed items.
