Our try-on service is designed to help you find your perfect fit in the most comfortable way!
After a home or hotel fitting appointment, all purchased items become final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 🔒
Non-Returnable Items 🚫
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- swimsuits (bikini set);
- bras;
- briefs;
- tops;
- leggings;
- shorts;
- overalls;
- discounted or sale items; 💸
- items without tags or original packaging;
- items showing signs of wear or use.
Defective Items 🔧
Every case involving a manufacturing defect or order issue is reviewed individually. 👀
If approved, we may offer:
– replacement;
– repair;
– store credit;
or another suitable solution.
