Our try-on service is designed to help you find your perfect fit in the most comfortable way!

After a home or hotel fitting appointment, all purchased items become final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 🔒

Non-Returnable Items 🚫

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

swimsuits (bikini set);

bras;

briefs;

tops;

leggings;

shorts;

overalls;

discounted or sale items; 💸

items without tags or original packaging;

items showing signs of wear or use.

Defective Items 🔧

Every case involving a manufacturing defect or order issue is reviewed individually. 👀

If approved, we may offer:

– replacement;

– repair;

– store credit;

or another suitable solution.
